The Manchester Terrier Association Judging List is in 2 sections:

· First Section is being developed in line with the Judges Education Program Levels Level 1,2,3 and 4

· Second Section is the traditional A1, A2, A3, B and C.

The MTA does NOT separate the Breed Specialist (BS) and All Rounder (AR) list.

The minimum qualification for each section is detailed on pages 2 and 3.

If you no longer want your details on this list or would like to update your details in line with the Judges Education Program format please let our BEC know.

Breed Club judging lists In the future Clubs will no longer be required to maintain judging lists as the Kennel Club will be publishing lists of judges, via its online Find A Judge facility. Current judging lists will be valid until the end of the five year transition

period. The MTA will formulate and continue its judging list during this period. Societies may appoint judges from either system during the transition period.

Stud Book Band Manchester Terriers are within the KC stud book band A

Breed Appreciation Day All breed clubs are required to hold a ‘Breed Appreciation Day’ (BAD) at least every two years from 1 January 2021. The MTA will aim to hold a BAD day yearly.
